- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆This branch is poorly managed and piss poor customer service. Especially on busy days such as Fridays and Saturdays. On a busy day such as today, Friday, they had one teller working the floor and one teller working the drive thru and all the "customer account representatives" in their desk internet surfing, talking on the phone or taking an early lunch or break. Why wont these lazy customer service representatives pitch in and take a teller booth and help out? Or maybe its just beneath them to be seen as a teller since they have reached the level of "customer account representatives". Get over yourselves!!! The line was so long that I was able to write this novel of a review.By K M, June 21, 2017
- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Can you believe that teller here making $12/hr, and got to stand on feet for 8 hours! Can't you provide these poor employees with chairs? And what is with these old CRT tube monitors? Can't you protect employees with better LCD/LED monitors so that don't have to face radiation emitters entire shift? And leaky roof, can't you replace ceiling tiles with new ones that aren't stained?
