- ★ ★ ★ ★ ★Excellent Customer Service - I've been with this store for more than 4yrs as a PO Box renter and have always received great service. When I started using the mail order food services, the store would contact me to let me know its arrival so the food wouldn't thaw. I needed someone to sign for the food during the day so its not out in the open all day...who told them to do that?! Great customer service thats who. Any company can have a one off day, but these guys and gals ALWAYS make it right each time. - ★ ★ ★ ★ ★I called this UPS store around 7:30 PM on a Wednesday night in a huge rush to find a notary. All of the other places in the area had already closed. Although their notary was technically finished for the night, the kind woman who answered the phone offered for me to come in anyway. I was greeted with a smile and the notary was quick, efficient, and even pointed out a couple of important details on the document that I hadn't noticed.
